The floor failed the slip test. We deal with the surface.
Upload the existing AS 4663 or wet-pendulum report. SlipRectify reads it, writes a rectification opinion, quotes the works, and carries them out anywhere in Australia. A retest is arranged after — it is a separate step, not a stamp on the works report.
You already have a number. The question is what to do with the floor.
A wet-pendulum result that sits below the P-rating recommended for that location — kitchen, bathroom, entry, pool surround, hospital corridor, school wet area — is a facilities problem, not a laboratory problem. Someone has to choose a remedy that fits the covering and the target in HB 198 and the NCC, then actually do the work.
SlipRectify is the contractor side of that. We do not invent a single miracle coating. The lightest intervention that can reach the required rating is the one we recommend: change the cleaning chemistry, treat the existing floor, grind and profile, or replace the covering.
Upload the report, we tell you what to do, we quote, we do the works, then it gets retested.
Five moves. One contractor. National delivery.
Read the existing report
Send the PDF. We work from the AS 4663 or wet-pendulum findings you already have — locations, slider, P-rating, and the notes that sit around the table.
Written rectification opinion
A plain recommendation: clean and change chemicals, anti-slip treatment on the existing floor, grind and profile, or replace. Chosen for that surface and the P-rating the area is supposed to meet.
Quote for the works
Scope and price for the recommended path, including access and any preparation the covering needs. You can accept it or take the opinion elsewhere.
Do the works nationally
We carry out the agreed treatment or replacement on site, anywhere in Australia. The job is the floor in front of us, not an org chart.
Arrange a retest after
Once the surface has been worked, a retest documents the new rating. That measurement is booked separately. Our works paperwork does not stand in for it.
Four remedies. We pick the one the floor can take.
Titles people search — failed slip test rectification, anti-slip treatment, grind, replace — describe options, not a catalogue of miracle products.
- Change cleaning and chemicals When residue, polish build-up or the wrong detergent is suppressing a surface that already has enough texture.
- Anti-slip treatment on the existing floor When the covering can stay, and a treatment matched to the substrate can lift wet grip toward the target rating.
- Grind and profile When a sealed or polished face has to be opened up before any treatment will hold, or when profiling itself is the remedy.
- Replace the covering When the existing finish cannot be brought to the required P-rating without destroying it, or when a new covering is the honest answer.
Send the PDF. We will tell you what the floor needs.
Name, site, area type, the rating you have been asked to meet if you know it, and the report. Call 1300 207 915 if you would rather talk it through. Works are national — the conversation is about your floor, not a head office.
